golosinas?? no gracias

Qué son las golosinas?, es dificil de explicar, aunque algo si que hay que aclarar, no es lo mismo gominola que golosina. La golosina ( de goloso) es también llamada chuchería, chuche o galguería y está formada a partir de una base de petróleo, alquitrán y metal, lo que es un poco perjudicial para el organismo ( para mi punto de vista es repulsivo)

Las golosinas, tomadas diariamente pueden causar enfermedades serias: hiperactivismo, falta de apetito, diabetes... 

Tipos de golosinas:

 -Aceitosas: frituras

 -Dulces: caramelos, chicles y paletas ( regaliz), bombones, chocolates…

 -Salados; snacks, palomitas de maíz (vamos, los embolsados)

 

Que nos aportan??

Basicamente las golosinas nos aportan azúcares, es decir, carbohidratos y grasas.

Recomendaciones:

Los médicos recomiendan no consumir golosinas más de una vez por quincena

 

Mañana pondré la receta para hacer golosinas caseras y saludables, para las que están enganchadas a este vicio n.n
