I was really laughing at work when I saw this guy

This marshal was trying to cross the track at an F1 show event in Japan when he realized Sebastien Buemi's Red Bull F1 show car was coming right at him and his only option was to jump over the F1 racer. What a dumb idea!

Unfortunately, the man was able to walk away from this incident in fine shape which took place during the Red Bull F1 Exhibition in Japan.

Stiggy Gadgets - USB flash drive

This is my 2GB USB flash drive I got from Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

I couldn't find anything else to buy from the gift shop other than this branded Formula1-Like USB storage. I went in October for the Bentley extreme test drive.

Bahrain Open Track Day - Part 1

I have been away lately, doing some stunts with the rest of the guys (same guys)..

My last series of posts were about our trip to Abu Dhabi.

We drove our cars from Kuwait to Bahrain to enjoy the BIC, Open Track Day. driving super cars through Saudia Arabia is an adventure in itself.

People there tend to chase us for the sake of nothing.. maybe because we are Kuwaitis ?

We believe that they hate our number plats!

Anyway.. our meeting venue is the usual.. Starbucks el Beda'a @ 4 AM..

We started as 5 cars.. as some of the guys are lazy and decided to follow us later. and one guy lost his passport.. sounds common!

We stopped at Mc to grab something to eat, Redbull.. etc

Thank God the borders were clear.

Saudis are funny, they call every fast car a Lamborghini.. and they think all the cars can reach 360km/h. why!

leaving Kuwait @ 5 am and reaching Bahrain @ 10 is considered turtle slow. I am not used to that type of speed while travelling by car. but it was an enjoyable ride although the 5 of us were travelling alone.

we reached the track, booked for next day, paid. and we are good to go.

Wait for the big day of the Open Track event :D

Bentley Extreme - Part 5

After The Yacht we came back to the villa.. only 5 of us

Since they divided us into 3 groups.

We waited for the next big thing..

A guy came in.. he look smarter than me!

And said : we have to wait.. too much air traffic!

To me that sounded like NASA!

Then he came again and said lets go.. another golf car waiting outside.. but no girls bind the wheel!

And again.. guess what !

A Helicopter! Another new thing for me.. am so luck :P

Since I was with the private jet pilot on the way to Abu Dhabi.. I get to sit in the front next to the pilot :P

Or maybe to take better shots! Thank god the guys usually appreciate the fact that they have a friend with a camera. So they let do what I want. It is an advantage sometimes, but your camera can be a pain in the a**

We flew above the track and Ferrari theme park that will open soon.

McLaren F1 for sale!

The first production McLaren F1 has been put up for sale on Jameslist.com.
Priced at $3,175,000, the 1995 model only has 300 miles on the odometer. It features silver paint, a 6.1-liter BMW V12 engine, and an enduring legacy as one of the greatest cars ever built.
As you may recall, the F1 became the world's fastest production car in 1998 when it hit a top speed of 240.14 mph (386.5 km/h). It was later succeeded by the Koenigsegg CCR, Bugatti Veyron, SSC Ultimate Aero, and Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

Formula 1 Car.. Amazing

This McLaren F1 belongs to some American guy who left in his garage for almost 6 months without any maintainace or even started the car.

on the way to the local dealer, it simply burned!

reporters said that the owner was calm in an unusual manner! but later on the discovered that he bought the car for 2 Millions $$, while insured it for another 3 Millions $$.

Damn !
